PAPER AND PAPERBOARD 

We cut all grades of paper and paperboard between 27lb and 32pt board.

  • Paper: coated and uncoated 27lb and up

  • Cover: C1S & C2S 6-12pt 

  • Board: C1S & C2S 14-32pt

  • Speciality Board – ask us about sheeting chipboard, liner board, SUS etc.

  • Maximum Roll (outside diameter): 72 inches 

  • Maximum board sheet width: 65 inches

  • Maximum paper sheet width: 63 inches

  • Maximum roll stand weight: 8000 lbs

  • Board sheeters have metal detection 

  • We can sheet cores from 3 – 16 inches

  • Our new state-of-the-art 65” sheeter arrives in Spring 2023, increasing our capacity and providing greater flexibility with roll sizes. 

  • We’re upgrading our forklift fleet to electric for greater efficiency and productivity, and reduced carbon emissions.

Order quality

Our documented quality system is hard at work for you. Each skid on every order is checked against our quality specifications using Quickscan technology and is documented for easy retrieval and referral.

Through our investments in the best technology and rigorous team training, we provide high quality control and minimal sheeting issues.

All orders have roll usage and waste percentage calculated on an order-by-order basis. Target waste is 3 -5% based on product and size of order (generally, larger orders have proportionately less waste). Waste includes side trim, start of job and waste left on the roll around the core. While our competitors talk about waste, we document and inform our customers on every order.
